POSITION SUMMARY（職位概述）
Is responsible for installation, configuration, commissioning and support of Dispensing Solutions in hospital environment. The Implementation Engineer will work closely with distributors and/or customers (hospital IT, pharmacists, and clinical staff) to ensure our solutions are installed on-time and with high quality, and the overall implementation experience delights our customers. This role will collaborate with project teams to provide feedback that will help enhance our solution’s performance and serviceability. Company will provide initial intensive training. On-going training opportunities at our other global facilities are also provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要職責） Current Product Management:
ü Support introduction of new global dispensing solutions to China
ü Work closely with installation leader, ensure smooth installation and commissioning of our solution
ü Provide solution trainings to end users
ü Perform regular maintenance and field service of installed systems
ü Provide technical support (including call center support) to distributors and customers
ü Work closely with our global customer support teams to transfer best practices to China
ü Collaborate with Solution and R&D teams, provide customer insights/feedbacks to further enhance our solutions
SKILLS AND ABILITIES（技能） 1. College degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering Electro-Mechanical / Automation Technologies)
2. Ability to work independently and experience in a team on multiple projects
3. Can handle physical labor ,Hands-on with mechanical assembling & electrical works
4. Positive and pro-active attitude, and results oriented
5. Able to analyze data and situations as required
6. Eager to learn the knowledge
7. Ability to handle stressful situations in calm, respectful manner in person & over the phone
8. Willingness to work / travel extensively (over 50%), and on nights and weekends at times
DESIRABLE（優(yōu)先條件）
1. Maintain high level of technical expertise and knowledge of MS-office systems
2. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
