職位描述

工作職責(zé)：

？負責(zé)物流經(jīng)銷商、特約經(jīng)銷商、普通二級經(jīng)銷商的管理；

？商業(yè)指標的達成；

？與銷售團隊配合進行渠道優(yōu)化管理；

？每月經(jīng)銷商采購預(yù)估的收集、整理，為備貨提供參考，分析評估經(jīng)銷商達成風(fēng)險；

？收集、整理產(chǎn)品資料，為商業(yè)銷售團隊提供支持；

？配合銷售團隊完成轄區(qū)內(nèi)醫(yī)院院內(nèi)招標項目。

能力要求：

？思路清晰，條理性強，具備一定的數(shù)據(jù)處理和邏輯分析能力；

？能合理安排工作，具有較強的應(yīng)變和快速反應(yīng)；

？談判能力；

？具備良好的人際溝通技巧，執(zhí)行力強；

？抗壓性強，能夠承受較大的工作強度和壓力。

任職資格：

？本科及以上學(xué)歷；

？ 3年以上銷售經(jīng)驗；

？ 1年以上廠家或者代理商渠道管理工作經(jīng)驗；

？有市場工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；

？ CET-4級以上，良好的中/ 英文口頭及書面表達能力；

？熟練使用Office辦公軟件。
