職位概述 Job Summary :
Executing supply chain vendor management standards, conduct audit and evaluation for supply chain vendor in accordance with SOP/WI. Assisting to line manager maintain supply chain vendor’s performance assessment system.
執(zhí)行鏈供應(yīng)商管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行供應(yīng)商審核與評(píng)估管理工作。協(xié)助上級(jí)主管維護(hù)供應(yīng)鏈供應(yīng)商績(jī)效評(píng)估體系。
主要工作職責(zé) Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Assisting to line manager setting up and maintain supply chain vendor management system, standards and processes.
協(xié)助上級(jí)設(shè)置并維護(hù)供應(yīng)鏈供應(yīng)商管理相關(guān)的流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2. Implement supply chain vendor selection, audit (evaluation) and termination in accordance with SOP/WI.
根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈供應(yīng)商管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程配合執(zhí)行供應(yīng)商選擇，評(píng)估和退出。
3. Organize regular KPI review meeting with supply chain vendor.
定期組織供應(yīng)鏈供應(yīng)商KPI會(huì)議。
4. Organize, plan and/or coordinate vendor audit in according to business requirements,
根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求組織、計(jì)劃 和或 協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商審核工作。
5. Be responsible for supply chain vendors’ database/crucial documents management. Collect, consolidate and systematical filing vendor performance assessment relevant documents, ensure traceable and compliance.
負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)鏈供應(yīng)商數(shù)據(jù)庫和關(guān)鍵文檔的管理。收集、整理供應(yīng)商績(jī)效相關(guān)文件，使之體系化，科學(xué)歸檔可追溯，確保合規(guī)。
6. Monitor vendor performance assessment and audit results, work out analysis report regularly.
跟進(jìn)供應(yīng)商審核結(jié)果及績(jī)效評(píng)估，定期分析并完成供應(yīng)商績(jī)效評(píng)估報(bào)告。
7. Regular review vendor management standards and boost suggestion/advice improving standards more scientific, efficient and rational.
定期回顧供應(yīng)商管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，提出科學(xué)化、高效化、合理化建議。
8. Participate in team training plan making, give and/or organize regular training to team internal and external.
參與團(tuán)隊(duì)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃的制定，給內(nèi)部和外部團(tuán)隊(duì)提供和/或組織定期的培訓(xùn)。
9. Keep valued communication with relevant organizations.
與其他有關(guān)組織保持高效溝通。
10. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.
其它由經(jīng)理分配的項(xiàng)目。
11. Conduct business in full compliance to behavior in business, behavior in competition and behavior in relevant Government Organizations.

基本任職資格 Basic Requirements of the Job :
Education教育背景:
Bachelor/Mastercandidate in 2020in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business Administration related.
2020畢業(yè)的本科/研究生在校生，供應(yīng)鏈(物流) 或 商務(wù)管理相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科學(xué)歷。
Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
No mandatory requirement.
Internship experience in Supply Chain is a plus

Specific Knowledge & Qualifications專業(yè)知識(shí)與資格:
1. Proficient in OFFICE using especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 熟練使用辦公軟件特別是Word, Excel和PowerPoint。
2. Basic knowledge in logistic, understanding of basic logistics operations. 有基本的物流知識(shí)，了解基礎(chǔ)物流操作流程。
3. Good Communication skills and be able to make presentations. 良好的溝通技巧，能夠獨(dú)立進(jìn)行商務(wù)演講。
4. Proficiency in English oral, written, reading and listening. 熟練掌握英語聽說讀寫。
