                     Perform and monitor the daily orders end        to end process:    Receive sales orders from customers        and/or sales teams and send sales orders to distributor Huali.    Liaise with distributor Huali on whether        able to fulfill order and time of delivery to customer.    Feedback to sales team on the timing of        delivery of the sales order.    Feedback to sales team on which products        (by SKU level) and what amount can be delivered to customer.     Feedback to sales team on which products are        back ordered and date when the remaining part of the sales order can be        fulfilled.    Feedback to customers on delivery details        and fulfillment of sales orders.    Feedback to customers on which products        are back ordered and date when the remaining part of the sales order can        be fulfilled.    Liaise with supply chain to identify        exact dates when each product will be delivered to distributor Huali        (deliver schedule by SKU).    Coordinate to solve delivery issues with        relevant department.    In conjunction with sales team, deal with        expired and expiring goods in customers.    Be responsible for regularly report on        backorders    To establish leading sales order        fulfillment process for toric lenses.      Other tasks or projects        assigned by line manager.
