1) FLITAP Projects Management
The scope of projects could be changed year over year, including but not limited to the following:
？ Global Finance Strategy Roll-out in China
？ Offshoring project in Region China
？ Novo Nordisk China GMP license
？ Region role governance
？ Finance Operation Excellence
？ Coordinate department-wide activities and support FLITAP in ensuring projects from GMO well anchored, like cLean, Performance Board, Must Win Battle;
？ Coordinate Finance VP presentations and cross-functional projects with other departments
？ Coordinate FLITAP projects looking for continuous improvement opportunities
？ Support Finance operation as needed
？ Other projects / initiatives assigned by Finance VP, Senior Finance Director

2) Continuous improvements
Proactively look for improvement opportunities in work procedures, policies and systems to achieve higher level of productivity and efficiency for FLITAP
